The Romanian Women’s Lobby (RoWL) organizes on May 9th a conference „No Solution Without Women: Romania’s Voices in the Climate Crisis“. This event will serve as a space for vital debate on the gendered dimensions of the climate crisis and the urgent need for inclusive, gender-sensitive environmental policies.

This event will bring together young activists, academics, local councillors, parliamentarians, and NGO representatives from across the country, amplifying diverse voices and highlighting women’s roles in climate action.
The debate is organized as part of the “Women in Climate” project, co-funded by the European Union through the CERV programme (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values). Czech Women’s Lobby is a partner in this international project.
