Project "Civil society awareness raising campaigns on the Council of Europe Istanbul Convention by piloting the joint methodology developed by the Council of Europe, WAVE Network and UN Women is from 23th of April 2021, till 22nd of October 2021.
The project focus on the need to ratify the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence in the Czech Republic, Poland and Lithuania. As part of the project, the Czech Women's Lobby will work with the methodology of elaboration by the Council of Europe, the Wave network and UN Women.
The aim of the project is to explain the content and importance of the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence through personal stories, videos, infographics, comprehensible information and data on violence against women and girls; mobilizing the general public to sign the petition and contact decision-makers.
