I studied at Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Faculty of technology. During this study I participated in the overthrow of the dictatorial regime in the Czech Republic, the so-called Velvet Revolution. After graduation I worked in the environmental department and in various economic positions. Circumstances surrounding all my childbirths had great influence on my next passion. I work on elimination of unnecessary suffering during childbirths as well as support of parental bonding. I established the BabyKlokánci, z.s. Zrnka that supported families of premature babies and project Give birth with love - terrible stories about a childbirth and wishes of women for politicians. I became the co-author of a book “Bonding – birthing joy, Supporting the family as a way to recover obstetrics and society?”. I am the author of a petition to the Minister of Health entitled “Parental Bonding as a standard in the provision of health services in obstetrics care” and the co-author of a theater performance called “The Episiotomy”. I was a member of the executive committee of the Movement for active motherhood and Acentrum, non-profit organizations.
