Hana Stelzerová
Director
Hana studied sociology and social politics at Charles University, at Faculty of Social Sciences. Between years 2004 and 2011, she worked in Agora Central Europe, where she established successful debate program called 'Student Agora'. Later she work in the Center for community work (CpKP) in the region of Central Bohemia as a methodologist in community planning of social services in towns Kolín and Hořovice. Since 2014 she has been working for CWL. Here she started as project manager of big partner’s project 'Defending the Rights of Women in Czech Republic'. In 2016 she became the director and in this new position is now contributing to further development of the organization.
Diana Soták Gregorová
Advocacy expert
Diana Soták Gregorová studied sociology at Masaryk University. She has worked in several NGO in the Czech Republic and Slovakia that focused on gender equality and women's rights. In 2016, she joined the Czech Women's Lobby team as a membership coordinator and project manager. Currently she works at CWL as an advocacy expert. She co-founded the Slovak initiative against sexist advertising called Sexistický kix, in which she is still actively involved. She is also vice-president, expert and analyst in the NGO Without Sexism. She is a member of the Gender Expert Chamber of the Czech Republic.
Jana Radovanovičová
Sociologist
She studied sociology and social anthropology at the Faculty of Social Studies at the Masaryk University. She is experienced in a variety of fields, from project management and film production to the education of both children and adults. She enjoys methodology and design of research, which she considers a creative process that makes it possible to get to know, understand and describe the world we live in. In the Czech Women's Lobby, she deals with the collection and systematization of data and evaluation.
Klára Hlavačková
PR Manager
Klára graduated with a BA in Journalism and Political Science from Masaryk University. She is now pursuing her Master's degree in Denmark at Aalborg University, where she is studying Culture, communication, globalization. Klára has been working with the Czech Women's Lobby since the start of the pandemic, mainly managing social networks and websites.
