Prague – Non-profit organizations have proposed measures to the Czech government that would allow every person with disability to live at home instead of an institution. The non-profit sector has also prepared a new legislation to decrease our dependence on fossil fuels. These and many other similar motions are part of a set of joint incentives that represent the Czech Republic’s contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by UN member states during the summit in New York a few days ago.

The document summarizing the individual topics and necessary steps is attached to this press release and also on the website: www.mejseksvetu.cz.

The press release can be found below, in Czech only.
